“I started this gym 2 months ago and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I have made. I have done every type of cardio activity you can imagine from outdoor boot camps to spinning classes and personal training and this puts all of those to shame. If you’re a woman looking to lose weight or get in the best shape of your life then look no further. I go only 3 times a week and do Muay Thai and Kickboxing and when I leave I am in a pool of my own sweat. The classes are intense and they are real. Its not an aerobics class with dance music and boxing gloves. You hit actual bags and pads. You are basically doing drills and in between that you are doing push-ups, squats, crunches, etc. I am doing this only 2 months and I already see a difference and YOU WILL BE ADDICTED!”
